"They were fine until they failed to adequately provide information about about our workers compensation insurance coverage. This put a huge financial strain on us during COVID and gave the insurance company leeway to charge what they felt like after an audit. They and the insurance AmTrust took no responsibility. Completely regret. Recommend sticking to State Fund for workers comp in California"

"I’ve been working with Select Solution insurance for a while now. The pass four months has been completely horrible. I have documented emails and phone calls that I’ve been sending them. It’s taking me months to get in compliance with my clients. I lost opportunities because I’m still waiting on them to add the right company name on the certificates. I haven’t been paid for 3 months due to their lack of service. My credit dropped over 100 points because I can’t get paid. I’ve been on 30 minute conference calls just to receive the wrong certificate still. As a single dad of 3 children trying to build a life. They made it extremely difficult for me to build. I was supposed to start a new contract January but due to their negligence I can’t start until March. During this pandemic income is extremely important. Selection solutions let me down big time. I have to borrow money just to get by. No one is reaching out to fix this matter."

"While you are here, google general liability insurance and instantly you will be presented with way more cost reasonable automated options. You can get all of your insurance needs taken care of in minutes for half the price. SelectSolutions includes miscellaneous fees that increase the cost of your policy by hundreds of dollars. They also do not act in a timely manner, I have been dealing with them for weeks and finally asked for my money back after they tried to hit me with another miscellaneous fee. I am still waiting for a refund and was not given a date or information with how that refund will come."
