"Called in before coming in to make sure I had all necessary information and signatures, only to be sent home and return to wait the line again. Totally understandable had I been given the correct information on the phone, but since I called first, not my favorite AAA experience. Edited: Thanks for your response AAA, in retrospect, this was more an issue with the phone support line (which I don't believe in branch linked, rather than the branch itself)."

"This organization might as we part of the US government. I called to ask a very simple question about registration renewal and was handed off from voicemail menu to menu to phone system and never got to talk to a human being after 15 minutes I hung up. I now have to drive down 30 minutes to the office to ask them a question that will take 30 second answer. There undoubtedly will be a line because there always is I can’t wait. So happy I’m not stranded on the side of the road in a dangerous situation."
