"United Healthcare is cheap, has cheap co-payments, cheap premiums, promptly responds to communications even though those communications are insufficient/inappropriate, but they are the least likely of any health insurance company to pay claims. My conclusion is United Healthcare is not a good company if you have serious medical problems. Whether or not a supplement can overcome United's shortcomings is yet to be determined, but I don't recommend this company if you have major medical problems."
