"Did not have a good experience when my company used savvy this year. Available dental plans in California were complete garbage, few dentists in network and barely any benefits. At year end we are switching to a different insurance solution, and I am having to try to terminate my health insurance plan for EOY myself and it is a total nightmare - currently on hold because a rep "accidentally deleted" my plan - it now appears I don't have health insurance coverage through the rest of the year. If you are a company considering using savvy - don't - leaving health insurance administration bureaucracy as a task for every single one of your employees to handle on their own will not make them happy with you or their benefits."
