"I had to go into the AAA Office to take care of having a document notarized. From when I walked in I was treated with respect. I had to wait a little while to get to the desk of the person who helped me. She was so polite and caring. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Unheard of these days! I would definately recommend the Daly City Office. They ROCK!!"

"Absolutely satisfied with their services and professionalism. Skip the DMV and get yourself a AAA card! It's worth it. I've noticed that most of the people who have a complaint about this office are people who are looking for something for nothing, or people who don't have their facts straight. If you take care of things on your end properly then the people at AAA can do their job without you complaining at them! You guys do a great job there and I appreciate your service,patience, and professional attitude! The young man at the DMV (sorry man I can never remember your name) but you know who you are and you do a damn good job and you deserve a raise! You worked there for years now too! I've watched you grow up pretty much! LOL. Keep up the good work and attitude!"

"Outstanding service. Well organized, efficient, and friendly. What was accomplished at this AAA branch in 20 minutes would take hours at the DMV. I showed up without appointment and spoke with an agent 5 minutes later. Completed family car transfer, checked another car registration, upgraded AAA membership, and got the latest Bay Area map. The agent invited me to sit down in a cubical while she worked on my requests so that I didn't have to wait standing in front of the window. Very thoughtful."
