"Their billing department does not respond back about insurance claims. They also do not provide a phone number so your insurance provider can work with them. Edit: They were able to get back to me. Support took about 4 hours to provide a phone number to communicate with. Billing resolved the issue with a week. Support did forget to pass the ticket to billing to get started though, so that added an extra layer of confusion."
"A worthless app. The coaches do *not follow through with their promises, and when you want help they say they can’t help you, call a therapist. They’re making tons of money from HMO’s who dump people on them instead of providing therapy."
"Great help with a difficult market. Made the process as simple as possible."
"love it!!!! they provide amazing services."
"Not an honest company."
