She lets the kids be kids but has a no nonsense type of demeanor and this is great for the children, when she speaks they listen. She doesn't yell, she is just very much the leader of her environment which gives the children predictable stability. It's great. My kiddo has struggled so much before coming here and now he is thriving!"
