"They were Honest !! Took my bros 2018 Honda here and there was a few things wrong with it! My brother thought it was not correct! Which he knows nothing about cars! So we ended up taking his car to Honda Fairfield! They totally tried ripping him off saying he needed a whole new transmission and that they would only give him 1000 towards a trade in ! Long story short AAA was correct and we ended up getting 7 gs for trade in ! They were honest which I feel is rare ! Thank you"

"If I could rate the service -10, I would. On 1/7/23 I called AAA for a battery jump. My other car had been sitting for over 3 months and had not been started. I was told I would receive updates, of which I did not receive. I finally called back and then received a real time estimate at 2:18 pm for an additional 40 minutes of which I had already been waiting 1.5 hours. They apologized for no one sending updates and then suggested that I could use another local service. So roughly $3,000.00 could and will go to an other insurance company and roadside service."
