"To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter to thank AAAs Smart Home Security; Taia B, who so elegantly assisted me via telephone the morning of Monday, January 22, 2024, with my monthly billing. Had I not made the telephone call, a very unfortunate set of circumstances could have arisen; that could have almost caused me to become delinquent with my AAA Smart Home Security payments, and/or possibly would have forced me to cancel my account. This was due to information not explained to me within the AAA Smart Home Security environment reference the billing cycle. Taia B. communicated to me with a kind and caring voice, and had a very patient disposition that made me feel comfortable, and completely at ease. Above-all Taia B. was confident in making sure I was able to hold on to AAA Smart Home Security account as well as make my payments in a timely manner. From just a short telephone experience, Taia B. knows the Customer’s need, and is definitely an expert in her field - “WITHOUT-A-SHADOW-OF-A-DOUBT!!” I believe that AAA Smart Home Security, Taia B.s number one priority and goal is to ensure its Customer is happy, satisfied, appreciated, and well-taken care of. "I was fortunate enough to have Jennifer help me with some issues I was having with my new flip phone. She is amazing, and she does amazing work while being gracious and accommodating. And, she didn't make me feel like a dunce, which I admit that I sometimes am. Jennifer is the type of employee that a tech- type business needs to retain. Many techies really don't possess much tact or personality. Jennifer has gracious amounts of both. Give this talented, savvy young woman a raise! I've often wondered if these comments are ever read by anyone. How about letting me know if someone beside a robot read my comments. Thanks"

"Very good insurance. I needed policies for one month to insure my car. The requirements were to have a US license since at least 3 years, I came just with my 1 month license cuz I was arrived only a few month ago in the US territory. They accepted me with the proof of a 3 years experience in driving, even I was from an different country (in my case it was my international licence and my french licence). Highly recommended"

"Been going here over the years to get my family and I's vehicle registration renewals and other DMV services. I visited this location yesterday 10/2/23. Before, as soon as you walk in, at the reception area there will be someone that will ask what you are in there for and you will be directed where to line up or wait. There are also clear signs above for the different type of services. But, this visit this time i was asked for my name and was directed where to go. Couldn't have been in and out of there within ten minutes max from the time i walked in, to be called and paid for my vehicle registration renewal. For a Monday, there were a steady amount of people walking in but yet the service I received was very convenient, fast and efficient and I was able to be helped very quickly. To be able to utilize the DMV services you would have to be a AAA member. You would need to show your AAA membership card and your driver license and any paperwork. No one likes going to the DMV so next time you need DMV services visit your nearest AAA branch. I highly recommend. 10/10 overall."
