"C'mon people, we can do better... I have left message after message with no response and zero accountability for NOT RESPONDING. This is so sad that our tax dollars help facilitate this level of apathy. I would love to be charitable and be able to say that "if I were in their shoes", it is just hard to keep up. However, I've been dealing with this department for many years and can 100% attest to how despicable this office is as a whole. It may be standard course and any easy position to say that "disgruntled customers" are x-y & z and chaulk up complaints to "anrgy men" in "the system"... For God's sake, I understand you must be hit with some bad people throughout the day, which is not fair to you, but you need to have a modicum of accountability. I only hope whoever oversees and administers this office reads this and at least CONSIDERS there might be a major issue here that warrants a further look. The ONLY positive review is from a person listed as "General Female Name" who could for all we know be one of the Staff. ? PLEASE care about your job and the people you serve... Life is not a dress rehearsal and despite your level of passion for your job, this is a big part of how you give back to the world and participate in society. Most of us "customers" are actually nice and reasonable and just need to process business with you. PLEASE. RESPOND."
