Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

"I recently visited Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse for the first time, eager to compare it to another Brazilian steakhouse I've tried in the city. Making a reservation online was easy, and upon arrival, we were promptly seated after checking in with the reception. One of the highlights was the wide variety of meat selections available. However, I noticed that despite the diversity, the flavors seemed somewhat repetitive. It appeared that all the meats were seasoned with the same flavor profile, which was a bit disappointing for me. On the positive side, the service was attentive and friendly. I believe that offering a greater variety of seasonings for the meats would enhance the overall dining experience."

The extended review… Food: 4/5 - I definitely like the cuts of beef that they have here. They also tend to serve meat on the more medium rare and rare side which I always appreciate. Some of the meats can be tougher depending on how long it’s been sitting out but they tend to be pretty fresh when they come out. Service: 3/5 - Depending on where you sit you might get passed over by some of the servers so it’s hit or miss. Ambiance: 4/5 - A nice setting and the seating is arranged so that it’s not so cramped."

"After a busy day. We had awesome foods and drink at the bar with a relaxed music and great interior. Loved the small cheese breads they provide for all costomers too. Erick and one other bartender were great and served us great food and drink. Thank you!"

"New experience and did not know what to expect but Milton Gaucho provided the best service. The cuts were not anything I’ve had before and they staff helped me pick out something from the menu since I’ve never been! Although I didn’t make a reservation I was helped right away and provided superb service. Highly recommend and would defiantly come here again."

"I did the best of Brazil deal. Salad bar amazing, service fantastic. We even met Milton our gaucho. The meat was cooked to perfection. An amazing time for my son's birthday. His first time ever having fogo."
