"This is by far the best smoke shop in the area with the absolute best prices. I refuse to shop anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and fairly knowledgeable about the products they carry, unlike other establishments who insist on hiring exclusively young college women who have no clue about anything in the stores they work at. They are also really good about listening to customers feedback both good and bad. Love this place."
"Staff is quite friendly, but the focus of the store seems to be on quantity over quality - I can understand having a variety of similar products but often there will be literally dozens of the exact same product crowding the shelf. The cigar room doesn’t have a latching door and the humidity is severely unreliable as a result, with many cigars either becoming too dry or molding (and shockingly sometimes both!). It’s also crowded, with multiple boxes of the same cigars open and the shelves so full they have boxes of cigars on the floor."

"Cigars are molded and falling apart. Cigar beetles everywhere and every Padron cigar in the shop is ruined. The clerk said old people like it that way, and mold is just fine. Never again."
