"On several occasions, I have experienced poor pump performance at Hy-vees, including this location. Today, I swiped my card and was asked to scan my hy-vee card or push 'no'. It took me a fair amount of time to find the 'no' in 6 pt font. Pressed the button...no response. Pushed again...again...again. Nothing. I tried canceling the transaction and still nothing. I ended up calling into the attendant and asked them to cancel the order. Canceled and drove off to another filling station. It'll be a case of extreme desperation before I stop back at a Hy-vee station after so many poor experiences."

"Do not get gas from Hy-Vee! I ended up stranded on Highway 52 because of all of the extra water that they had in their gas. I talked to their insurance company and tried to file a claim, but they said that I could not prove that it was them. However, my car mechanic could. I have attached the bottle of water that he extracted from my gas tank. I had to have a new fuel pump put in. I’m lucky that my entire engine was not destroyed. I’m really surprised that Hy-Vee didn’t take ownership for this. I’m never going to shop there or at any Hy-Ver again, let alone get gas. So they lose thousands of dollars from me as the customer as opposed to owning up and paying the claim."

"Very disappointed with this fast and fresh to the point that I would never go to this location very again. You talk about having items for the customer I have gone to this location many times for a fast and ready breakfast they are not playing with the demand I would like if a hight then the director of the store to reach out to me."
