"Kinda disappointed bought a piece from there tried to tell them they had the wrong price upon checkout but she didn't hear me i guess?? The piece I bought isn't even properly made can't even use it without water getting into my mouth. The lady who was telling us didn't even seem like she didn't even know what she was doing like she haven't even worked on this side of the store yet. Be careful with who checks you out. Double check your total as well."
"They have many selections as far as their glass products are concerned, however some of the employees are highly rude and completely unprofessional. One in particular forced their own personal opinions on their customers. They were also heard talking to and about their customers in a highly derogatory manner on many occasions. Until this said employee is dismissed entirely, I among many other people, will not be spending our hard earned money in their business."
"Enormous selection. Hundreds and hundreds of quality pieces of glassware, plus every add-on, accessory or tool you can imagine. It really is a wonderland of glass, to be honest. They really have every piece of equipment you could ever need, you name it, they have it. Plus, the employees have always been very knowledgable and friendly. Outstanding shop!!"
