"The whole experience was awful the hot water sucked, it smelled threw our stuff in dumpster and we just went to another room they knew it was our stuff I rather sleep under a bridge with newspaper than stay there again will be going to different town if I need a room people be aware"

"My room was nice and it was clean, however like several other people have mentioned there was a horrible musty odor in my room. I opened my window to let it air out and that helped somewhat. I had a whirlpool tub in my room which I did enjoy however the water temperature was only luke warm even on full blast hot. They had a full continental breakfast the first morning, but no hot breakfast on the second morning."

"The room when we first got there had not had the AC on, so it felt like we walked into a sauna. Trash from the previous occupants was still in the disposal bin. The bathroom door was locked and we found stains on our sheets. The service was more than accommodating and location was great. Only seemed like they needed to double check the room after they cleaned it."

"i’ll start by saying i’ve probably left like 2 reviews in my whole life. felt like this place deserves one. this place is not doing well. absolutely horrible. room was musty. saw plenty of flies and gnats. found a piece of licorice on the floor. sheets were stained. there was a giant booger (yes a god damn booger) on the bathroom wall. like come on, i’m not sure how a place could get like this, maybe short staffing or something, but wow. horrid. place needs remodeled badly."

"Room smelled really gross. We asked to be moved to a different room and they only had a smaller bed than we paid for. The new room had dirty underwear and takeout container in the drawer and a piece of open candy on the floor. Clearly hadnt been cleaned. We had no other option because all hotels in town were sold out. We asked for a discount because of the room downgrade and the grossness of finding someone’s underwear and lack of cleanliness. They offered $25 off for the two nights combined. Next morning the power went out. No hot water for showers. Still one night to go. Can’t wait to be out of here. I would leave zero stars if I could."
