"This place is absolutely horrible and does not deserve even one star. My 2yr old was enrolled here and every time I dropped him off he would just start panicking and and bawling. Well one day watched from the parking lot next to building while the kids and staff where all outside playing. My son and others were being completely ignored the entire 20min while the staff just stood there talking to each other .My child was crying and didn't even get checked on once. Absolutely horrible place. I could go on about all the other thing's but just no they will neglect your kids"

"Hearts hands and minds has long been the gold standard of childcare in Prescott until recently. The staff on an individual basis is well intentioned however the sum of its parts doesn’t equate to what it should. Safety of children should be included with the price they charge and reports of injury and lack of follow through is incredibly concerning. Consider where you send your children carefully and vote with your dollars. Too many people have raised concern to only be shown the door. Not the kind of transparency I want for my children’s provider. Looking into other options as I type."

"If I could I’d leave a zero rating. Most of the teachers are pretty good. We love Amber and Sara! However my concern is for the children’s safety. There is no biting policy ( if there is they don’t follow it). My grandson was bitten three times and when my daughter reported this, the solution was to kick out the injured child. Also no concern for food allergies. Do not take your child here IF they keep the current Management."

"I wish I had 2 extra hands….. so I could give this daycare 4 thumbs down. The general staff are actually great and caring teachers; some of which my family even considered friends. The leaders/management however seem to only have one thing on their mind; profits and sweeping concerns under the rug. We had multiple instances where the state was involved due to improper care resulting in injuries to my children; their solution? Banish us and kick my kids out so that we would not report them anymore. What a great strategy right? “They can’t report us anymore if they’re kids don’t go here” must have been on their minds when making the decision. If I could give less than one star, it would still probably be too generous. Do not recommend to the slightest degree!"

"If you love your children do not send them to this unsafe environment. There are teachers who care deeply but it is unfortunately shadowed by the horrid management. After reporting to the state three times for my children getting physically injured and no communication given to us the management decided to have our family removed instead of fixing the unsafe environment in their own center. Absolutely do not recommend."
