"I received two swivel gliding chairs, ottomans and table for a wedding gift and I absolutely loved them! Until I needed to get them repaired. It has taken me 6 months, over 20 pictures and I’m still no closer to having my chairs repaired or even an estimate of how much it will cost. I’m on my 3rd customer service rep “helping” me. It’s been so frustrating that I’m ready to just throw in the towel. The furniture is wonderful, but hopefully you never need anything repaired or fixed."
