Costco Tire Service Center

"Went here to replace a popped tire since it was the closet place to me. They not only took the job but said to replace all of them. Thus it causing their employees to be Angry and causing damages to my vehicle since they were already closing! DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL."

"Walked in for tire rotation at 1015 this morning and was turned away by an obnoxious female clerk. I asked about appointments and was met with an eye roll and shoulder shrug. You need to do better Costco! We usually have good service at the San Dimas Costco, but today it was horrible."

"Don’t get your tires changed here. Made an appointment and was told it would only take an hour, ended up waiting 2.5 hours. After they told me it was done they made me wait another 20 min for them to get the car “ready”. When the technician came out he was telling me how difficult it was to change my tires because they were thin. After I got home I noticed that my back driver side rim was terribly scuffed along with the other 3 rims. I couldn’t tell when I was at the shop because there was grease all over from their “job”. I drove back immediately but the store was closed because they took so long to install the tires. I called the next day and spoke to the manager and reassured me that it would be taken care of. I brought my car back and other workers came around to look and made skeptical comments about the damage. I have never scratched or hit any curbs with my rims, my vehicle has Birds Eye view so I always park perfectly or obnoxiously far from any curb. The manager opened a claim and said someone would reach out after 2-3 days. I called back a week later and the manager promised me the insurance claim company would call. When we opened a claim they lied that the damage was there already and said it was impossible that their machines could have caused that damage. They also lied that it was notated on the invoice at the time of installation but it was not. Really ruined the experience as I have always been a fan of Costco… do not bring your car here especially if it’s a nicer one."

"Came with a popped tire needed urgent service and they told me I had to wait 5 hours ????? That is so ridiculous. All other cars they were working on didn’t have a huge problem like I did. They refused to assist me. I’m so disturbed and fustrated. What should I pay for this membership then ?? Why couldn’t they have some kind of good in them. I’m honestly super disappointed and embarrassed bc I had to leave from there with a popped tire. Thank you very much jerks"
