"The lady at the check in office is so slow, and they take 3 to 4 hours for you to get unloaded. Even after you get unloaded they make you wait another 2 hours for your paperwork. Worst place I have ever visited."

The lack of consideration for drivers and dismissive attitude in the office make it an unpleasant experience for truck drivers. They don’t respect Driver and Driver’s time."

"appointment was at 4:00 am and I arrived at 3:40 am Checked out at 11:25 am unloaded period was around 7 hours and you have to wait your paperwork until an other country approved!! They have no respect to your time ,so rude with driver.they learned this sentence that STAY IN YOUR TRUCK AND WE WILL CALL YOU!!!"

"This place is the worst place if you have to deliver here I arrived as I was told between 6-8pm when I went to the window to give them my paperwork Omar I think his name was had an attitude and told me my appointment was at 8:30 it was 6:30 so I asked if I can come back at 8:30 because I live 5 minutes away and I could go watch the game first he said no so I kinda got mad and said your kidding me. After calling my dispatch and broker he came up to window with attitude and told me come back at 8:30 so I returned at 8:00 for 8:30 appointment it is now 11:30 and still waiting to get unloaded (8) pallets . When my dispatch called and talked to him he made up a big story as if I made a scene in front of all kinds of people (2) him and a female that has about the same attitude. If you can deny a load here I would. I would give customer service and drivers respect a 0 star but it won't let me ."
