"Visiting my uncle Brad who lives in Yucaipa and he brought me here for breakfast and boy he picked a great place we have a couple restraints like this I go to in sandiego. This reminds me of Rudfords in sandiego big portions great food and excellent service and atmosphere I ordered the country breakfast with eggs over easy and coffee everything top notch way better than Denneys by leaps and bounds"

"I’m very disappointed in the service I received today at Vicki’s. I have worked in the area for the past 17 years and have been a loyal patron of the restaurant. I have always had good food and good service until today. I ordered a large Greek salad no chicken and received a large container of lettuce, an onion, olives, 2 tomatoes, feta, no cucumber or bell pepper and 1 container of dressing. I have never received a salad from them in this state. I was asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and I said yes. All I wanted was my salad to come as I have always received it. The manger came and I asked her if I could have cucumber, bell pepper, onion and a few more tomatoes for my salad. She indicated the salad I received was how it normally comes and I needed to pay extra for tomatoes. I asked her to notice the difference in my salad and the salads in the window. They had everything I was asking for. The manger, Gina, then sarcastically informed me that she was the owner. She seemed to want to argue over the veggies in the middle of her rush hour. This was really disheartening. I was not asking for anything extra but I definitely did not want to pay $12 for a large box of lettuce. I did eventually received my veggies but Gina still wanted to discuss the matter further. I attempted to explain that I was not going to continue this discussion and when she refused to stop talking about it; I just walked away. Gina then turned to my co-worker and attempted to engage her in the conversation and was told to have a good day. I don’t mind paying for what I want but that does not mean I should accept just anything. The way this was handled by the owner was certainly unacceptable. I won’t be patronizing this establishment any longer. The whole ordeal was embarrassing and certainly uncalled for."

"Dad and I went to eat here, I haven’t been here in a long time. We got steak and eggs and pork chop dinner combo. It was ok, not great but not bad either."

"8.25.21 @ 4pm - ate here for the first time. Dined in for 2. Ordered at the counter then seated ourselves. Different type of restaurant but nice. The menu (on the wall) is extensive and great variety. Breakfast all day, too. We ordered steak and eggs ($11.95); and fish dinner. The cashier/ waitress was super nice. She even went outside and gave a homeless man a cold drink on this very hot day. Our order totaled $28 and was definitely worth it. The steak and eggs came with homemade potatoes and wheat toast. The steak was cooked perfect. I wish there were more eggs and less potatoes (hence steak and EGGS). The fish dinner ($13.95) came with ALOT: salad, garlic toast, pita bread, French fries, onion rings, and fried zucchini. Everything was good, and we would definitely eat here again."
