The way the way he talks to members especially non-Caucasian members needs to be addressed immediately; he is rude, short tempered, and condescending. This type of attitude does not belong in customer service, much less in management."

"This is definitely our favorite store everything is good quality well worth the prices. What I love the most is when something goes wrong they don’t give you a hard time. They just replace the item but they will make you happy and I’m proud to say that a family member works at one for 22 years now he’s happy, they respect him. It’s a great company and I do post this things for other people to see how Costco does it. This is like the third or fourth one that we do repave the parking structure which I think is very smart and it gets there a better look to the whole store. Actually the whole Plaza Costco definitely for batteries tires and a lot of the things. Great products I am a customer I know what I’m saying."
