"Discrimination! Lack of custom service! The only hood thing about Sam's is the price of gas! Everyone here is terrible! No sense of customer service. Heaven forbid you make a mistaken and need to return something. They treat you like a criminal! Don't deal with Jodi the manager! There was a simple mixup and she accused me of trying to cheat their system over iced tea and eggs. I got the 3rd degree and all of a sudden, my Caucasian brother-in-law comes in and gets a refund no questions asked and no verification of who he is. Do yourself a favor and shop at Costco! They at least care about their customers!"

"Sam's Club is Sam's Club. It has some good and bad choices but it has some poor downo faults also. I truly just rush on and try to get out as fast as I can. The price had incline so drastically that I learned to pick up only what i truly need and shop at my local market now."

"I won't go into too much detail but I was there last night returning a blender. To the old grumpy lady at the membership desk and the so called manager called over with glasses. Hi! I was able not only to get help but my item was replaced and returnable. I highly suggest to the GM you hire employees who understand your terms and conditions and this item fell under the "This product is covered by the Sam's Club Member Satisfaction Guarantee" or it wouldn't be listed on the item itself. This does not only apply to Member Mark products. Like the so called manager kept repeating. Not only were they no help, but the old grumpy lady gave me the wrong number to customer service. Was it on purpose? I wouldn't put it past her. I get it, it's the end of the night, we all want to be home but we also all work and have a job to do. Do better Sam's of Fountain Valley."

"I like Sam’s club and go shopping there sometimes. I give only 1 star to this branch in Fountain Valley, CA because of its terrible MANAGEMENT. The manager, a lady, is rude and unprofessional. The Cafe closes before 7 pm and good luck if you want to buy a pizza or etc from the Cafe. I strongly suggest changing the manager."

"Love the Scan & Go! It’s so quick, easy, and convenient. Just a tip for those that like to make a quick trip, park further away from the entrance. It’s always congested near the front entrance where people are waiting for closer parking. I park by Carl’s Jr. and it’s faster to walk from there. It’s also easier to get out of that area because I’m so close to the traffic lights to turn left onto Brookhurst. I went on late Friday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend and it was a bit crowded. I only needed 2 items and didn’t use a cart. I just scanned the items on my app, paid for it, and headed to the exit. There was a line to exit as 2 associates had to verify purchases. I don’t really understand why they have to scan both of my items if they already scanned my QR code. It gives a breakdown of my purchase. There was a bit of a hiccup because the associate kept scanning my 2 items but it didn’t go through. Overall, I love the experience since it’s so convenient. I would rather go here than Costco since it’s a quick in and out."
