"Update: Went in today to pick out new fabric for our benches. Katie was extremely helpful and friendly. Looking forward to seeing the end result! We got some fitness benches reupholstered here last year, within a week there was a puncture in one of the bench seats...we called and didn't really get any help. Now, we are just over a year later and the fabric is tearing. We have never had upholstery wear so fast. We have equipment that is 10+ years old and still has original upholstery, this stuff couldn't hold up for more than a year. They used marine grade vinyl, which my husband thought was a bad choice...and unfortunately he was right. I gave extra stars because they were friendly and completed our bench pads quickly. Photo attached shows bench pad that is torn. They did not do the additional head rest cover on top of the bench...just the bench itself. Also, we are not a high traffic gym. We see about 100 people a day and only a small percentage of those use the benches."
