"Stayed for hockey and was great. Quiet after 10 pool was great. Pool area was not too hot and so you could sit and relax. Good place if you need and inexpensive"

"The family stayed here last night. The rooms are new and clean. All the staff is kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the boys. Will be staying here again next time we visit grandma."

"Worked great for my family to spend the night so we could go to House on the Rock. Hot tube broken. Pool darn near frozen wate, but my kids still being kids still swam. Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy. No coffee for guests they forgot to make it till after breakfast was done."

"This is a disgustingly dirty hotel. The pool room had dead bugs all the over the floor and in the pool. Hot tub was out of order. Door to the outside in the pool room was also broken. Parts of the closet door in the pool room was cut out due to mold but trim was just “washed clean” of the mold. Nicest part of the hotel is the lobby. At breakfast the milk in the fridge was expired by 3 days. In the room everything was clearly not wiped down. Barely see out of the windows. One 1 outlet by the bed so if you need outlets for sleeping devices be aware of this. Overcharged is for our stay and still trying to get this resolved. Have contacted the hotel directly twice now and no one has returned out calls about this."

"Location close to The House on the Rock attraction. Very quaint, quiet hotel with a hot tub & pool. Customer service was exceptional. Complimentary breakfast hit the spot. Hotel staff was limited as many guest were checking out and breakfast items being consumed and not replenished due to one staff member working solo on a Saturday."
