"Initially when I bought the mattress I was very pleased! Now I've had this mattress since Fall of 2017 & it is totally sinking in the area of hips & shoulders, & I'm not an obese person! I wouldn't suggest purchasing from this company, inferior product! I would like to know if any other customers have had the same or similar issues!"
