"Place was clean, went on a Friday. Looks like any roller rink that I’ve been to when I was a teen. Free pizza and drink on Fridays. The only thing I didn’t give 5stars is because of staff behind the food counter. They claim that staff is like family and people will get banned for LIFE, for being rude or negative during their stay. However wouldn’t you reprimand your staff if being rude to costumer’s , and teach them to be kind & patient to the people that are bringing your rink business? My daughter says the girl serving pizza was very rude and wouldn’t explain to her items on the menu. My daughter is 11. She even told her that she was eating all of “Her” pizza because my kid asked for two slices one for me and one for her. So the next time my daughter went up I walked with her and she ordered a soda, the girl behind the counter then changed her attitude towards my daughter. Bottom line treat everyone with kindness no matter if it’s a kid or an adult. These kids come here to have a good time don’t ruin they’re time with your bogus attitudes, if you don’t like your job find a new one! Lastly talk to the people behind the concession stand and put them somewhere where they don’t have to directly talk to customers."
