"We had my son’s 10th birthday party here, they had an absolute blast! Everything was explained to me very well before hand so we came prepared. The boys had a great time playing the different missions which I think helped keep morale up as different teams won different games. All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating for us. They have a very nice large party room so the kids weren’t all squished together, and they allowed us to bring food and drinks in which was awesome. Everything was very clean and well kept up. We watched from the viewing deck which was so cool, along with screens you could watch off of. Both of my boys want to have their future parties here, thanks for making this a great party!"

"We took my nephew and his friends to iCombat for his 13th birthday. They had a blast playing laser tag. We enjoyed watching them from the loft area. After the games, we ate cake in the party room which can accommodate a good size group. You do have to supply your own food & decorations. Each boy in our party received a backpack with a shirt, bottled water & a cool water bottle which you'll find out is needed after sweating through laser tag! The staff is polite & easy to work with."

"I called three different times before coming. Everyone told me different information. No one ever told me that we all had to make separate accounts for each one of the children. This should be optional as we live over an hour away we don’t intend on coming here all the time. It was annoying and a waste of time….. I spent close to $150 for four kids just to run around for an hour. When they came out the first thing they said to me was “that’s it?” All in all pretty disappointed, and unfortunately, not worth the money. My son has been hyped up about spending his birthday here for over a month. One of their younger employees tried to come up to me and explain things to me, by that point, I was so annoyed that her, wanting to repeat herself over and over again as if to be defensive over their policies and protocols…. I don’t know why she felt the need to come up to me, I can only assume that this happens pretty regularly with other customers. There is an arcade down the road it’s $20 all you can play. There’s a laser tag in Kenosha… $35 unlimited play. If you have 12 and 13 year-old boys, I suggest going somewhere like that."

"Brought a group of senior high school students for a physical education class and we had a blast! We were out to experience ways to be physically active in the community and this is what they chose. I burned 562 calories and my average heart rate was 135 (just to give you an idea of how active it is and I’m twice the age of them)….and the group as a whole was more sweaty than most PE classes! We had a great time, they were very professional, and willing to work with our group to coordinate a time to do this!"

"We had a really great time playing for my son’s birthday party. The different missions were exciting and competitive which kept the experience fast paced and challenging. The staff was really helpful and quick to explain all the details. So much fun and a great indoor activity. We will definitely be back again!"
