"Very nice (but expensive) items but terrible customer service and dishonest advertising. There was a sign advertising half off metal coat racks but the one I wanted wasn't included for some reason. Then I handed the clerk a 15% off coupon that I got from my campground and asked if I could use it (it was expired). She said yes and took the rack off the wall. When I went to check out she says I can't use it. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she is it. Even when I said that's why I showed her the coupon beforehand she would not honor it. I won't be back because I'm not going to shop at a business that doesn't treat customers fairly or want to make sure they're satisfied."
