"Takes a while for things to be fixed, last week of August told manager something was wrong with the plumbing in the kitchen- gets clogged. I use a strainer and throw everything in the trash- sink disposer doesn’t work-still,has not been taken care of. If you do not want noise you can reconsider being that it’s couple of blocks from hospital, mall and schools, there is always traffic ‘till late at night"

"Horrible place to live, worst apt out of dozens I have lived in. Worst, rudest, argumentative manager. Filthy, dark, depressing, run down, not maintained, 30 year old badly stained carpeting, no microwave or A/C, rec room is always locked, smokers everywhere."
