"Neighbors are ghetto and people have their TV, Music and everything else loud and you can hear it inside your unit. The walls and floor as thin as hell. On top of that Rent is high as well with all utilities separate. I would recommend not to rent this place at all."

"When moving into the area, The manager and assistant have been there to help with any issue we have encountered, including with letting us know more about what we needed in order to transfer things like our drivers license to CA, and giving some of the best advice I have ever received for the area. I know that no one or any place is perfect, but the management here is trying more than any where else I have been in the past."

"Rent was 795 in 2011 and It came furnished. Sofa, mattress with frame, table with chairs, dresser and chest. Over $300 increase in rent for what? What has changed since then. Do you get upgraded appliances, More square footage, fresh paint. I'm sorry its difficult to live in San Diego."
