"I currently live here and would like to say that there's been a lot of issues since new ownership, didn't even bother to tell us that they would be charging us the trash let alone now charging it every month when it was every 2 months, I called and left a voice message and never got a return call. Never answers and everything done through a website."
"They let people live with mice here. They won't even care to try and contact you. How they've been handling my situation is proof that they DO NOT care about people. Just your money. What's worse is they're still renting and having people move in. Knowing their apartment is infested with mice. Not only gross. That's illegal."
