"Everything is nice but some neighbors complain over every little thing.The other day I called the office at 4:10 and did not get a answer when it says they close at 5:00, the reason I called was to tell the manager or a worker that there was a pit bull roaming around, with no owner, not on a leash, it was just by its self."
