"If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff in the management department lack respect and service skills. I've been living here for over 10 years and seen management teams change every now and then. These newer ladies take complaints of damage or infestation as an attack and take forever to address problems. It disappoints me to see how they respond aggressively and how they treat my mother. They need better communication skills no reason to treat tenants poorly."

"This place is soooooooo unhealthy and nothing gets fixed no matter how bad it is. We have had 6 floods and we have termites."

"When you move in it is great. But then they change all the rules. They don't fix anything at all unless it is an absolute emergency like flooding. The staff that is never here is very rude and there is no parking if you get home after 9 pm. It's like having a curfew if you have a car. The rent continues to go up due to cosmetic changes they say they will make but has not in the past 6 years I have been here. Every month they will enter your home saying it's for maintenance issues but they will not fix anything. I guess you get what you pay for."

"When we first moved into apartment complex everything was great as time went by in the nine years that I've been here it's gotten worse we used to be able to park to vehicles in our parking lot according to our contract I had two stickers when I first moved in they changed it to 1 so during the daytime when I go to work I park my other vehicle in the spot where I normally park because out on the streets it's only two hour parking out on the street so when I leave in the morning I park my truck inside the parking lot and then drive my personal vehicle out to work well now they're towing cars no matter what if you don't have a sticker it's an inconvenience for me time has changed it's time to move I suggest anybody that has two vehicles it's not a place for you to live in you will get tickets or $50 every single time you get one outside the street closest parking structure is 4 blocks away"
