Reviews of Western Terminus of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail
"I've completed my hike of the Ice Age Trail national scenic trail at this Terminus seven times. What a beautiful place to end an amazing journey."
"This is a great start to this trail. Amazing views."
"Decent parking and a short trail leads to a spectacular overlook of the St Croix River. The trail could be challenging to those with balance or pain issues as it includes uneven rock steps. Child safe as long as you stop at the terminus. Additional trail leads to steeper cliffs."
"Finally got to see one end of the Ice Age Trail! What a great state park to have it in. The view is phenomenal! We've put in well over 100 miles on the Ice Age Trail all over the state so far, and it was quite an experience to see the end (or start, depending on your perspective)! The hike was not strenuous, but there was a light rain, so it was a bit slippery in spots. Wear good shoes and plan on getting a bit dirty here. There are restrooms, and the hike isn't very far from the main building to the end. If you want to see everything, plan on spending at least 3 hours here. Lots of Pokestops and gyms here!"
"Great hiking spot. Trails, lake, rocks and trees. Pretty spot!"
