Cons: - excessive noise because of poor insulation. You will hear every ticktock, reel, and conversation from your neighbors above you no matter what area of the apt you are in. Sound travels easily and even sitting on my couch I can hear people walking, talking, and closing doors through my front door. You can hear full-on convos from the people above you via bathroom vents which is really creepy especially when you are sitting on the toilet. -complex is a converted medical building that has no elevator access (not ADA-compliant) good luck moving in our out - rehabilitation center across the street which attracts unhoused people - excessive party neighbors who disrespected quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am - no amenities for the high cost except for one grill that has been out of service for over a month - packages have been stolen poor gal host her Dyson vacuum and stuff stolen Pros: -They offer coffee once a month In conclusion, save your hard-earned money and spend it on a place that doesn't feel like you are sleeping outside and a place where people will actually address your concerns."
