"Super unorganized smh. There is almost NEVER anyone avaliable in the office. Only around the last few days of the month and first few days of the next month so they can be sure to get their rent. The is no drop box at all so things like turning in rent or keys is difficult if you don't Catholic them. They do not adhere to their own office hours, it's Ike they don't exist. When they do open, it's later than what posted and closed before whats posted. The trash area always has trash thrown all around the parking lot from all the birds.... it's just not great"

"I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. WHATEVER YOU DO , DO NOT MOVE HERE!! So this place is the most unorganized apartment complex I have ever lived at. When I moved in it was at the end of the month and because i lived in the apartment for a few days I had to pay a pro rated fee for the last 3 days of the month. So I paid my rent and security deposit and this was never brought up. So one week later I get a note on my door while I'm home. So management didn't bother to knock or even call to let me know what exactly was going on. I open the note and it says I owe them $200 for the pro rated fee and a $50 late fee. So my question to the manager was how can my payment be late if you never notified me about it. So my guess is they screwed up when I moved in by not charging me and then tried to play it off like it was my fault. Not to mention that the ventilation in the bathroom is all interlooped with the plumbing to the apartments around you which means that when they use the restroom you can smell it in yours. But this place only gets better. So they have "laundry hours" from 9am to 9pm. The reason it's in quotes is because it changes daily. Some days it's open earlier and closes later or doesn't even get closed at all. Well this particular night I had to do laundry so that I would have my uniform for work in the morning. It was a little after 9pm and my laundry was in the dryer and almost done so I go out to pick up my laundry and the door to the laundry room is locked. So I call the operators hotline for the HCA housing and they don't have a number for maintenance at all. The only number they did seem to have was for the security dispatch who could come and open the door but they have no way of getting in contact with the on duty security officer . So there's another red flag for you. There's no way for you to get in contact with the security officer assigned to the complex. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS TERRIBLE EXCUSE FOR AN APARTMENT COMPLEX."
