"The nastiest apts I’ve ever lived in. Roaches everywhere . Even when I walked my dog there would be huge roaches outside . They don’t take care of their property at all. Is a waste of your money . Please go elsewhere. Also Parking is horrible. They only give u one parking spot and then u have to basically park miles away if u have another person living with u. Is ridiculous . Such a horrible place ."

"The price of the apartments is fair and the sizes offered are above average. Veronica is a wonderful manager and the rest of the dedicated staff is wonderful. Issues that temper my enthusiasm include vagrancy issues, poor grounds keeping, parking issues (not well enforced), dog waste not being picked up, and some reports of roaches. We have not experienced roaches in our apartment, but know some who have a big issue. Some sort of night security would be welcome, along with some dedicated cleaning of animal waste (or some way to fine those who don't pick up)."

"My husband and I have been living here for about two years and management has put a real effort into improving this place every day. Veronica has great customer service and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Apartments are well kept and they recently gated so it feels a lot safer!"

"Worst place to rent! Veronica has bad customer service! Not friendly at all, she needs to take a class and learn a few things on customer service, she lacks a lot of skills. She’s just there for the paycheck. Cockroaches everywhere in the apartment! insulation sucks! Gets super cold during the winter, ther heating does not work that great, you can hear your neighbors, super loud and disruptive. No assigned parking, first come first serve. Rented for 6 months before moving to a better apartment, dont recommend living here, apartment is small not big. Pictures are nice yet the place is horrible! Keep looking for other options! Don’t settle for this place!"

"If you're shopping for a nice complex to live in, keep looking. There are far better options out there! The management makes every effort to convince you of how great this place is when you inquire. Don't be fooled by the deceptive photos they post online. The common grounds and exterior of the buildings are filthy, the stairwells and shrubs are disgusting and full of spider webs, and there is trash everywhere. There are dumpster divers raiding the trash constantly and anyone can access the property easily. If you have more than one car, you will be forced to park off property at your own risk, as they only issue one permit per unit!! Stupid at best on a good day. We were promised a new gated and secured entry two years ago to eliminate illegal parking, but that never happened. I strongly recommend that avoid this development entirely so you won't fall victim to the same BS that we did."
