"If I could give it a 0 I would. Horrible experience with parking & noise. Apartments are extremely outdated. If you have any issues with a clogged toilet or something they will tell you to use the bathroom from the pool & they didnt want to send anyone during the weekend because it’s considered an “emergency”. Also, had a pipe leak in my living room & they had me wait the whole weekend with wet floors & a wet wall for a month! They acted as if it was my problem & they want to send ppl in & out of your apartment to fix it whenever they wanted. As a woman that works from home i didnt want random ppl coming in & out of my apartments with out a proper timeline . As I express my concerns dio stated that “nothing has ever gone missing”. Thats not the point & when I was home a worker just came in without knocking or even them asking if someone was home. After fixing my wall the had to secure & wrap the corner of the wall with a machine there was even signs of “warning” & a strong smell. I didnt get offered anything for the inconvenience all I got was a “sorry”. . I asked for a timeline of when things would be fixed & dio couldn’t give me one .Also, when they were fixing my apartment they left the door open & maintenance was no where to be found they left the door wide open & no one was there. Dio is rude & condescending too like for what we pay she should be more respectful. They had over 10 empty apartments & its for a reason too. Oh make sure to check your move out checklist because they lie too. She is rude & disrespectful you can find her talking extremely loud over the phone in the early AM. Or she ends up in a fighting with her own kids in a screaming match in the parking lot too! How professional of her. If you move out NO ONE can give you a timeline on your deposit return which sucks too because its all mailed out. I will continue to let everyone know how horrible they are. The only nice person you will find in management is Angel he is the nicest person. Watch out for monster cockroaches & according to neighbors theres rat infestation too."

"Looks are definitely deceiving the pictures posted are not what we got , stainless steel appliances are clearly not included with the bedroom… we pay 2.5k and it’s very outdated….I do not recommend however the grill area is convenient but parking sucks it’s to tight especially if you have a truck god forbid you have car seats the space is too tight to even get the kids in and out … apparently you’re also not allowed to have a camera up in your window for your SAFETY when it’s so hot you have to keep windows open due to no AC but I’m not allowed to have a camera up when having my window open is my only option to stay cool. Take your money elsewhere trust me"

"Very quiet community. Close to everything. No ac for sure and the windows rattle from upstairs neighbors. Price is somewhat high for what you get. The laundry rooms are not in the best shape and the gym is a joke. Never had my car broken into and the gate is iffy if you have no clicker."

"I lived there about 6 years ago and, at the time, I had lived there for 7 years. Seems the crime in that area was getting worse and I had heard that the management does nothing about complaints. I was on Section 8 also, and it seems that the rent just kept going up and up. I would get a letter stating that, although the rent was going up, it was comparable to other apartments in that area. Thing is, is that the other apartments were owned by the same company; HCA and so they were milking the tenants. I moved to IB and lived there for 6 years and the rent never went up all the time I lived there."

"It is a clean environment and near everything. Only thing that sucks is parking if you have two or more cars. Also if you work early good luck trying to exit without a clicker, that's if it is working. Other thing, the pool has been close forever and for no reason. They say do with maintenance"
