"The staff is so rude, unfriendly, and don't respect the customer, and yet we pay a high price for membership. I was treated as if I was a thief. The employees act as if they were superior to others. I was really upset. They made me feel super embarrassed. And just because I want to pay in two parts, one for myself and one for my small business. So, I passed first and then, my daughter, with the rest of items. When I tried to explain the manager, he told me to shut up and didn't let me explain. I need two different receipts; however, they charged me all together, ignoring what I explained to them. I have been a Costco member for over 20 years and have always paid like this for over 5 years."
"I was uncomfortable at how these employees started to surround this customer because of some card membership issue. The employees here are mostly stressed and uptight. Few are okay; however, I refuse to allow others to treat me like l am a thief just because of my skins phenotype!! They need to do better or just stop taking the money of Native Americans here because the prejudice behavior is disgusting!!"
