"Esmeralda from the company promised me that they would let me see the house before I signed my lease, and then when I came down to see the house, they said no, you can't. Then, before I moved in, I tried to set up my water from the utility company. However, the utility company says they cannot start my water until the company pays the water bill that they owe. I mentioned this to Esmeralda before I moved in, and she promised me she would take care of it but didn't. So now I have moved in and have no water, and I cannot start water until the company pays the water bill they owed before I moved in. Basically, I have a new rental and am going to have to stay in a hotel until this is sorted out."
