Gundersen Pharmacy – Holmen

"TBF coming from a big city this pharmacy runs… difficult. Theh are not helpful. We needed an rx abx refilled quickly so as not to interrupt treatment- that we were told the pharmacist could do, we called and though they did state they could do it they preferred we call and wait on hold for an hour for the doctor to do it. Plain laziness. They really seem to like bureaucracy. Even if it’s a rx you’ve had ten times, you’ll have to wait for a pharmacist to put it in a bag and confirm you’re a person. It’s a bazaar place that seems pretty antiquated and they will not go out of their way to help you- at all. Wish it were convenient to go somewhere else."

"While I did love going through the drive-thru pharmacy at Festival Foods in Holmen it wasn’t always the most convenient. This makes much more sense being right next to the clinic. Same great staff, always super helpful and service is very fast compared to other pharmacies in the area"

"Why does this place NOT COMMUNICATE! I have asked over and over the 6 times I have stopped and I get different answers! It’s to early, you’re to late! Insurance this and that, funny how NO ONE CAN CALL, you know these phones work miracles when you actually DIAL A # and CALL UR CUSTOMER!!! 4-6 people working at one time and the attitudes are the worst! I wish Marshfield clinic was down this direction!"
