"The people who are in the pharmacy are very nice but that is only when you get ahold of them. This pharmacy closes every day from 1:30-2 tell me how that is efficient or beneficial for your customers. I understand closing the pharmacy if only 1 person works there but it is constantly 2-6 people in the pharmacy and behind the counters. Then they all choose to go to lunch at the same exact time and prevent others from picking up their medication? Closing the phones and letting all employees go on lunch at the same time is a great way to drive business away. I work full time and was trying to schedule a med pick-up after work knowing im already on crunch time for their closing hours and now I can’t even call them at lunch so my medication will be ready for pick-up by the time I leave work at 5pm. I pray they will be open and will be able to get me my medication today and if it takes the hour I will happily wait right beside their window for my medication to be filled."
