"We took a "Girl's Weekend" to Fountain City, WI and stayed at the BlackHawk Lodge, part of Seven Hawks. We also enjoyed the tasting room and Heather was an awesome hostess and very knowledgeable. Great time! Go check them out!"
"We stopped in today and had an amazing time. The lady who was doing the tastings was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the vineyard. We didn’t know we could also stay at the cottages until we saw it on the TV while tasting wine at the bar. We will definitely be back for a weekend getaway!!"
"Going middle road here as I don't want to totally ruin their ratings based on what happened to us. Drove over an hour to get there. Only to find a sign on Their door saying food wasn't being served due to staff shortage. Please understand that we don't do wineries without having a nibble on something as we drink. Just can't do that. So on another day please give it a try. However though their wine may be wonderful just based on what I saw...was not impressed with their environment...we turned around and left. There were plenty of folks bellied up to the bar drinking wine. I didn't take a photo inside though now I wish I would have. My suggestion is to go and try it for yourself... if you need to eat when drinking like I do, call ahead and ask, I guess. This is, of course just my opinion. You may love the place...but we just moved on. So don't totally discount it based on my experience."
"Our group of five friends stopped by today at the tasting room and it was such a wonderful experience. Heather was information and so personable. We enjoyed our wine tasting and conversation. Another gathering table in the middle of the tasting would be nice to gather by. Overall a wonderful experience and now I want to check out the cottages they have too!"
