Duluth Airshow (Main Office)

"The air show itself was great. Getting into, out of, and moving around was horrible. Wait times for the bathroom were 45 minutes. The atm network went down for the beer vendors and ATM machines. It took an hour to park, another 45 minutes to get in the gate, and 90 minutes to get out. The planes that they had on display blocked 75% of what you could see for the air show, unless you got there early. 80% of the people watching the show had chairs behind the planes on display. I think they had way more people than they anticipated, but pre sale tickets should have given some kind of indication."

"We’ve been to many air shows. Price is about par, but you really need to organize better and attract more aircraft. 1. The parking is a fiasco, this needs to be completely reworked. How about courtesy wagons to/from the green lot, get some tractors and large wagons, etc. We walked a long way in huge lines and there were a lot of older folks etc. That was shameful how far people had to walk. I’d of gladly accepted a lift. 2. Your lack of signage is terrible, No directions to port-a-potty areas, no alternate exits only one gate opened. 3. First aid and water stations? No water, a 12oz bottle of water was $4.0? I did not see a first aid station? 4. The show was ok. I’ve been to much better. Not a whole lot to see, but as always the Navy BA we’re good, although the their show wasn’t very long. The static display aircraft and the long lines were in the way. You need to reposition these. Anyway, this airshow was very disappointing. The RAP music gave me a headache, You have lots of room for improvement. I doubt we will be back, it was just too much hassle."

"First and foremost heart goes out to the injured Navy Seal. My first air show, the war birds are a favorite. However parking the large planes in the seating area blocks view, not enough portable toilets. Food concessions blocked main flow of the foot traffic. And the sound system way poor at best. I my opinion there was way too many slow moments- not enough planes in the sky. Hope event planers can improve for next year."

"A good time for sure. Did the $20 shuttle parking, worked pretty well. Bring sunglasses, oversized bottle of ice water & sunscreen. Also camping chair of your the stationary type."

"What a great experience. So much fun don't forget a chair we now know for next year. Thank you all the service men and women who volunteered for the show."
