"I sent my husband to the pharmacy with prescriptions for my 17month old, he returns with medication given to him by the pharmacist that literally states for children 6yrs and older. If I wouldn’t have double checked everything we literally would have overdosed our child. I am beyond upset!"

"Unprofessional and unorganized. Partially filled my medication and told me more was ordered. Called to ask when it was coming and no one had followed up or ordered it. Had clinic nurse call and no one knew about the prescription as it still had not come in and they were unwilling to find local pharmacy that had it to have it transferred over and required me to do so myself to guarantee I would get it on time as it was still not sure when the medication was to come in. Strongly recommend going somewhere else for better service."

"Pharmacists Erika and Adam are rude, presumptuous and are seriously lacking customer service skills. Especially Erika. Both times I've unfortunately had to deal with her, she made life more difficult, seemingly on intention. I've filed a complaint with Walgreens, as well as the ADA, and also wanted to warn other people, so they might be spared the cruel treatment that I endured. I'm actually switching Pharmacies, effective immediately and Walgreens is going to lose A LOT of business, as I've shopped there for years and quite often. There are plenty of different pharmacies in Hastings, I would recommend checking them out and avoid the risk of being treated horribly, being bullied and having your time and energy wasted. Sidenote: I gave Walgreens Corporate Headquarters a chance to rectify the situation and have yet to hear back from them, otherwise I might've continued to give them my business. Truth is, this isn't my first time being treated badly at a Walgreens, or at just one one location, so it just seems time to shop elsewhere."
