"Had a showing of this apartment and the bathrooms were filth, walls were black and outside patio door was on the floor along with broken wooden gate that separated the next apartment. The manager Noel reassured us that everything would be new and ready to go. He then called me the next day and told me I need to apply because he holds onto the apartment only for 24 hours. so with faith i applied because the apartment could have potential. i applied on rentcafe and it was for 1700, Noel then changed the price and said it was now 1800. (that should have already been a redflag). Days after applying we've heard nothing back from him at all. Not even an update if we were approve or not. We were the ones reaching out to him. This guy was never at work or in the office. He was always closed. Very unprofessional and would always say he'll get back to us and check our application. Going on two weeks we finally got him to do our application only to get denied. All in all this place needs a professional and also someone who knows time management."
