"Literally zero desire to take my money. Turned me away. Had a flat tire that qualifies for a free repair and said I would even pay and they said they didn’t have time. Was going to drop the tire (not car) off and said I will pick up any time or day. Said no deal. Have the worst trouble EVERY time I try to do anything at this Costco Tire location. They dont care, they don’t accommodate, they do zero to help a customer. I didn’t even want to try bc I have never had good customer service or experience here but my wife made me bc it was a Sunday and my normal tire guy was off. F this place."
