"Apparently the place has improved. I have had no mice issues. Most apartments are updated as much as possible by an overworked one man staffed Amazing maintenance guy! They need to replace the gardener that’s for sure! Other than that I’m happy with paying less a month."

"I moved here thinking it would be great, because it was close to CBU and the outside looked decent. I like the plants they had but little did I know it was all a cover up to hide the hell hole it really is. When I first moved in I heard scratching within the walls and figured it was something I was imagining since I was in the place by myself while my family packed the rest of our belongings to move here. After a couples of nights of hearing it I knew I wasn’t imagining and looked throughout the house and found mice droppings. I notified management, they said they have had a problem with wild life and that they may have gotten in the walls, but they would send someone out. Not something you want to hear when your child is getting ready to move in. The exterminator said everything should be fine after. However, the pest did not end there. The many plants they have outside attract a lot of bugs and insects. Plus, their dozens of broken sprinklers only add to the mayhem of flying critters to your door step. We’ve had to find ways to keep them out but the poorly made apartments are old and outdated. You can see the huge gaps in each of the windows in the apartments and large spacings around the front door and sliding glass. The apartments are some what fine during winter but as soon as summer hits you will be regretting ever moving here. The air-conditioning is way out dated and old we have asked management to replace it due to the fact our apartment is never close to cool when the AC is on. The upstairs is so hot the shade blinds in the window literally began to melt. It is ridiculous how hot it is and how much we must pay to try to get a break from the heat. Our electric bill has never been so high at any other place we’ve stayed at but here. So yes, it may be a cheaper price as far as rent goes for the area, but with the out dated place and equipment you’ll be paying roughly around $500 + for utilities when summer hits just to try to keep your place semi cool. Nothing they have here is energy efficient and uses up a ridiculous amount of energy. The owner of the place is to cheap to update anything in the complex and there is always an issue with the pluming or something in this old raggedy hell hole. Not to mention the theft that goes on in this area. They have a security personal that comes out once at night and does a drive threw and leaves. That is as far as their security goes…. Several individuals that live here have voiced their opinion’s, but it has all fallen on deaf ears. The office managers change constantly, and it seems like there is always a new face running the place every other month and they can’t seem to keep anyone decent to run the place. Everyone at the office is rude and tend to have a snappy attitude when you even began to bring up a problem…. Point is this place is a huge rip off, they will increase rent whenever they get the chance to. It really is not worth living here. I would advise anyone looking for a place to try elsewhere, this area is bad, and everything is not how is seems. Just wait and you’ll soon see all the imperfections they try to cover up."

"Lived there 17 years. Over the years there have been awesome managers (Sheri) and militant managers (Claudette); the current management team is amazing. Slowly things are being improved around the property; during militant regime, things were only fixed if you were her family or drinking partner. The property is small, which I liked. The laundry facility is good as long as ALL tenants respect that others live there. The pool area is clean - wish the clubhouse was in use as it was during Sheri’s time. Maintenance department was good and prompt. The people I lived around were quiet and everyone got along. The only good thing about the militant regime was she got rid of the bad tenants FAST. For the price, this is a great place."

"Shady management that screws you over in the end. Told me one thing about getting my deposit back, and completely screwed me over to keep almost all of my deposit. No wonder they go through property managers so fast (3 in less than 6 months). Don't fall for the "cheaper" rent, look elsewhere. You'll thank me (an your wallet) later on."
