"We wandered around the store for quite awhile, looking for mixed drink ingredients. There were three employees, who offered no help, but eventually started following us around the store. Poor selection (especially for the size). There is too much competition in the area to suffer a dirty store with poor customer service."

"I was a pretty regular customer here until a recent bad experience. I would overlook the strong smell of cigarette smoke because of the wide selection and usually decent pricing along with easy parking. But last weekend I bought a wine and when I got it home it was off. I mean totally cloudy and rancid, not that I just didn’t like it. I was pretty annoyed as I had chilled it down and was looking forward to a glass in the evening. So I brought it back, expecting there to be no issue getting my $30 or so back. But I was shocked to hear that “no we don’t do returns”. I asked the staff member to clarify, pointing out that the product was defective but was met with “if it was shipped to us like that there’s nothing I can do for you”. I asked to speak with the owner but was told there was no manager around that day and I might want to try coming back another day. So I’m taking my business elsewhere. Unbelievable!"

"Awesome place. Got off work late Christmas Eve; I was tired as hell and hugely bummed because every place I knew of was closed for Christmas Eve. I wanted to bring wine as a gift for the holidays and didn't think I'd find a place that was open. These guys were open, their selection is great, customer service fantastic; they were very friendly and very helpful."
