"DO NOT LIVE HERE! Worst place I’ve ever lived! They will scam you, got my car towed multiple times. Had my stickers on there too! Cost around $1k They didn’t give me a full refund on my deposit they said “balance of paint life” $342. I have videos of the apartment and the paint is in the same condition when we moved in. Tweakers will break into your cars at night even if you’re in your parking spot. The electricity runs out even after they “fixed it” so my refrigerator shuts off and the food spoils. Never any parking and something always breaks in the place! Do not support this place! They should be SHUT DOWN!"
"Careful here, if you have a green parking permit for your main car. You cannot park on the yellow permit area (where your second car parks), they will tow you and give no F’s. Extremely limited parking spaces. And they will not give you the curtesy of a call to tell you they towed your car. Not an ideal place if you plan on having friends of family come by, they will be forced to park on a permit street and will receive tickets every time. Pest control enters your apartment every 3 months to spray some gel, every 6 months the water breaks down and you can’t shower or do dishes. They raise your rent by $200 every year. The washing machines are constantly breaking. There is only a gate for your personal car, but anyone can walk in. The exit gate will trap you if you don’t have the clicker. The gym is connected to the leasing office so you have to walk inside the office to go in. And the walls are paper thin, you have to deal with loud noises from every direction of you live downstairs. They spend money on flowers"
"Management is good. They usually reply quick to requests. Apartment is clean. However, DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CAR. They will only give one assigned parking even if you are in 1+ bedroom unit. They will lure you in by saying that there is a “first come first serve” parking but those spaces are VERY limited. You will have to be very lucky to find a spot there. Manager told us that they are working to build another parking structure but have yet to see any signs of it for 10 months. Very limited street parking and every morning I see cars with a parking ticket. I got 4 parking tickets living there for 10 months. I was forced to park on a red zone because there’s absolutely no parking. After work hours, you will see bunch of cars driving around for 20 minutes just searching for parking. Plus, they have road construction almost every 3 months in the assigned parking structure and forces everyone out from their assigned parking for weeks! The lease is for 10 months and nothing longer than that. I was told by my neighbor that after 10 months they raise the rent by $200+ If you have one car and are okay with the rent raise then why not Pros: Place is clean. Management is good. Cons: PARKING, PARKING, and Parking tickets"
"This is a wonderful community. It is hard for visitors to park, but that is the only issue I can think of. The office staff are very kind and communicative, maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly, and you can tell that someone cares about the landscaping. My apartment has plenty of windows and a good cross breeze. The unit has a dishwasher and microwave included. The lot is big, so there are several laundry rooms, which is very convenient. It feels like a neighborhood, not an apartment complex. We love it. (Been here since March 2017, family with small kids)."
"I've lived here almost 4 years - My only issue is Parking , no visitor parking available and the other people that live here are quite rude when it does come to parking. People drive way too fast in the small parking lot and they blare their music and honk a lot. I love the management team - they have always been super nice. The maintenance team is great, if anything ever goes wrong they are very quick to fix it. Summary: it's not the apartment or the management team that’s an issue. It's the people who live here that make it an issue."
